Returns & Exchanges
Unless noted as 'Final Sale', we are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged garments within 30 days of purchase.
During the Holiday season, (Purchases bought between November 25 and December 20) we will accept returns or exchanges up to one month after Christmas (January 25) to accommodate gift giving.
Please send back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged garments in original packaging via USPS. Please email us for address at Elana@elanacarello.com
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping cost. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
If items are received within 2 weeks beyond the 30 day return window, a store credit will be issued.
No refunds or exchanges will be honored beyond the 30 day period.
All returns must have a receipt or proof of purchase accompanied with the returned item. If you do not have this, we will reimburse you with a store credit only.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
We monitors account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
If after returning your merchandise you would like to exchange your sweater for another size or style, please place a separate order or contact us via elana@elanacarello.com for more advice.
