Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using USPS.

Shipping is free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For orders under $75, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The best way to place an order for International shipping (outside of the USA) is to visit our Etsy shop. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at elana@elanacarello.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
